This thing is huge. So far it™™s working good, except the door seems to have broke fairly easily from the company that delivered it. I hope that doesn™™t mean it™™s cheaply made. We™™ll see as it™™s only been a week.

We love our new side by side fridge! At first I was worried it wouldn™™t fit alot, but boy I was wrong! The holiday season filled fridge proved that! We love the storage drawers and shelves on the doors and the freezer fits quite a bit to. We missed having the water and ice on the door and are so glad we have it again. We also have a small kitchen and this fridge is perfect for out kitchen.

After having a 22 cu ft freezer chest for 60 years, keeping it well stocked and defrosting it and cleaning it once a year, I welcome the visibility of our frozen products and also not having to defrost it yearly. We never had a repair except for the indicator light bulb to show the freezer is working. I hope we picked a good company for our new freezer.

I'm retired and had a problem with my old freezer. I looked online, and found this freezer at Lowe's. My wife and I agreed on this freezer.It's the first time I'm trying Frigidaire. So far it seems to be a real good replacement. The extra warranty however, lacks the length of time we wanted.

We've had the freezer for a week now. The freezer seems to work well, however two night ago, the freezer began making a loud noise when the fan turned on. It has stopped, but I am concerned there may be an issue. The first freezer we received had LED lights that did not work and it was replaced. This freezer has nice lights and great capacity. Fingers crossed it will continue to work for us. So far, so good. It really does the job.

Our new Frigidaire freezer is great! We had to replace our old 20 cu. ft. Kenmore which I'm pretty sure was a Frigidaire after 16 years. The new one is huge and bright and very quiet.

Great freezer! Fit in the space we needed it to go. But do wish it had one more shelf. The basket at the bottom just sits in the freezer, it doesn't slide in or anything. For now it's works for what we need, just some design things.

When I ordered my new freezer (because my old one had gone out) the picture on the sales order form was the same configuration as my old freezer (which I was happy with). When it arrived it was not what was pictured. However, after filling it back up I realized that I loved the "new" arrangement of the freezer. More room and easier (at my age) to get items in and out of it. Thank you for always coming up with new innovations for your products.

We purchased this freezer after googling a model # from a used freezer we were possibly going to buy after our meat freezer broke & we lost close to $1000 worth of meats, seafood & other food. We had already looked on Home Depot & Lowes, etc. I was very surprised to learn that we could order right through Frigidaire. Was very happy to learn there was a sale & free delivery. We just set it up last week. I have to say it's the first appliance that I have ever gotten excited about. Even though it's the same size as our last freezer, there is much more room inside. We are very happy with it.

The freezer works as advertised. The distance between the lower shelf and the basket is too far. This distance creates wasted space. The freezer comes with four shelfs, I purchased an additional shelf this made the freezer more space efficient. Overall the freeze wors as advertised.
